Registration form and fees

Registration is needed to attend RPDE2019. Please follow the link to the registration form below. All participants must be individually registered (even if the presentation is a joint one). All presenters must register until 16 June. The conference fee covers the attendance to the conference (all presentations), the conference pack, coffee breaks and a guided city walk. The conference fees vary depending on whether you are a professional / a student, and the date of your registration.

Fees

Early bird registration: 2 May 2019 – 26 May 2019

• professionals: € 150,00
• students: € 80,00

Standard registration: 27 May 2019 – 16 June 2019

• professionals: € 200,00
• students: € 100,00

One day attendance (Friday afternoon)

• Early bird: 20 euros
• Standard: 30 euros

Proof of student status is required. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID or certificate by email to presscongress2019@braga.ucp.pt with the subject “Registration – proof of student status”.

Lunches

The Conference team provides lunches for the 3 days of the Event. Lunch includes, soup, a meat or a fish dish (at choice), dessert, drinks (wine, water and soft drinks) and coffee. A vegetarian menu is available. Each meal costs €8. Booking and payment are made at the time of registration.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place on the 4 (in a restaurant located in historic area of Braga) and costs €25,00. Booking and payment are made at the time of registration.

Excursion

The Conference team is organizing one excursion at Bom Jesus and Mosteiro de Tibães on Saturday morning, 6 July. A minimum of 25 participants is required. The excursion costs €22 .

Payment

Registrations will only be valid after the confirmation of the payment. Registrations can be paid by one of the following ways:

Receipts

Individual receipts will be issued. In order to receive one, you must indicate in the registration form (under Billing information) the name of the person or institution to whom the receipt is issued (i.e. your name as a Conference participant or the name of the institution to which you are affiliated), the tax identification/VAT number and the address.

Please note that once receipts are issued, it is not legally possible to alter them; therefore, we call your attention to the need for providing us with the necessary and adequate data.
